Often patient do not even know they are suffering from this. However, a simple inquiry such being afraid of crowds and open places, shy, timid demeanor, often leading a frequent change of jobs can be so unfortunately painful for the patient. It is, however, more painful for the physicians that they can help the patient but the person is often to shy to discuss it.
