Hello, Welcome to my practice. I guess you have come to seek answers to psychological and psychiatric problems afflicting you. I will do my best to answer those questions you may have. Perhaps you have been referred by the insurance company, primary care physician, friend or self.  I welcome most if not all INITIAL evaluations.

The initial evaluation will allow me to determine what the best treatment course for your problems is. The recommendation may include an outside referral if the problem is beyond the scope of my practice or the severity of the condition that requires frequent crisis intervention. Currently, I am not affiliated with any general psychiatric facility. However, if you have an eating disorder or substance abuse problem that is out of control you are welcome to be treated at the Willough Hospital if all the criteria are met by the facility. I will treat patients at this facility.

I try to keep the practice simple and personal but as you can see from the paper work involved, federal and state regulations mandate a huge number of forms and signatures to protect your privacy. Just complete the paper work and don't get too frustrated. You probably have enough problems before I evaluate you.
